Highly accomplished business leader and consultant with over 30 years of experience in strategic communications, investment analysis, and change management. Proven expertise in soft skills development, feasibility studies, business planning, and succession planning for family businesses

Holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Ghana (2000) and has consulted for prominent international development agencies, including the World Bank, IFC, GIZ, and UNDP.

Serves as Chairman of the Executive Council, Kumasi Institute of Technology and Energy (KITE); Chairman, Pan African Savings and Loan Company; and holds various leadership positions in esteemed organizations, including Rotary International, Ghana National Polio Plus Committee, and Cardinal Dery Foundation.

Dedicated to empowering women and youth through education, Theresa is the President of the Ghana Girl Guides Association and a mentor to several women. She is also a member of Caritas Ghana, a Catholic relief services organization.

A devoted mother, grandmother, and godmother, Theresa is a respected figure in her community, known for her leadership, expertise, and commitment to making a positive impact.

DR. MRS. VICTORIA MWINSUMAH PUOYENG KUNBUOR is the first female Secretary of the Institute (Registrar) of the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) a position she assumed in September 2022. As Secretary she contributes to the governance and management of the Institute through the provision of effective secretarial support and coordination of the business of the Governing Council and the Academic Board, advisory service to the Rector, as well as coordination and supervision of the effective service delivery of eight (8) directorates. An astute higher education administration professional, Victoria is imbued with strategic leadership and management experience and is passionate about customer service, adding value through critical thinking, innovation, and problem-solving.

Since assuming the office of Secretary of the Institute, Victoria has been working in collaboration with senior management to leverage information technology to contribute to advancing GIMPA’s agenda of revitalization and rebranding as a Centre of Excellence. She has promoted GIMPA’s digitalization project focused on establishing a paperless environment and IT-driven administrative processes.

Her career as an administrator and generalist human resource management practitioner spans eighteen (18) years of dedicated service and valuable contribution to GIMPA while supporting other institutions through capacity building. She served successfully in various leadership positions including Director of Human Resource Management (DHRM), foundation Senior Assistant Registrar of the Faculty of Law and Manager of Business Support & Executive Training Programmes (BSEP) Unit at the GIMPA Business School. Mrs. Kunbour therefore has a deep understanding of the university governance system especially, having served on various Academic Board and Council sub-committees.

Dr. Kunbuor is a skillful resource person and has facilitated several seminars and workshops in and outside of GIMPA. She teaches human resource management and organizational behaviour courses part-time at the undergraduate and graduate levels. She is an external assessor for appointments and promotions of Senior Administrative and Professional staff of some tertiary institutions in Ghana. She has provided consultancy services to reputable institutions such as the Kofi Annan International Peacekeeping Training Centre (KAIPTC). Prior to GIMPA, Mrs. Kunbour worked as Regional Coordinator for Policy Advocacy at the West Africa Network for Peace Building (WANEP).

Victoria holds a PhD in Human Resource Studies and Adult Education from the University of Ghana, Master Degree in Training and Human Resource Development from Warwick University, UK; BA Secretaryship (B.Sec) degree and Diploma in Education from the University of Cape Coast; and a Postgraduate Diploma in Customer Management from the Institute of Customer Service in Accra. She is a Full Member of the Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners Ghana.

She is a Catholic, a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Knights of St. John International, member of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Confraternity, and Secretary to the Board of Trustees of Cardinal Dery Foundation.

Her hobbies are reading and giving motivational talks.

Dr. Remy Bonpira Puoru is a seasoned finance and management expert with over thirty years of progressive experience in multicultural environments. He holds a Master of Applied Business Research (MABR)and a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from Swiss Business School, an Executive Master in Business Administration (EMBA) from the University of Ghana, Bsc Admin, and is a Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA) and Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana.

Throughout his career, Dr. Puoru has demonstrated exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, successfully leading change and establishing effective internal control environments. He has served in various senior roles, including Deputy Managing Director of Ghana Water Company, Supervisory Financial Analyst at USAID West Africa, and Internal Auditor at Engender Health.

Dr. Puoru's expertise spans finance, marketing, administration, stores, and procurement. He has worked with international organizations, including USAID and CIDA-funded projects, and has experience in strategic leadership, change management, and team building.

In addition to his professional achievements, Dr. Puoru has also taught Entrepreneurship at Maranatha University College and has received numerous awards, including the Foreign Service National of the Year (2011) from USAID Ghana and West Africa.

Dr. Puoru is a member of several professional bodies, including the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants UK. He has also completed various professional development courses, including Strategic Leadership and Change Management, Managing Sales Teams and Distribution Channels, and USAID Emerging Leader Program.

With a strong educational background and extensive experience in finance and management, Dr. Puoru is a respected expert in his field, known for his exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.

Rev. Msgr. Alex Bobby Benson is a Ghanaian priest who has dedicated his life to serving the vulnerable, particularly those with HIV/AIDS. He founded Matthew 25 House in 1998, which provides comprehensive support to over 1,000 individuals, including food, shelter, medical care, and education. He has collaborated with Providence College on various initiatives, including sanitation projects and service trips. Rev. Benson has received several awards for his humanitarian work, including the MTN Heroes of Change Award and the Exclusive Men of the Year Africa Humanitarian Award. He was also awarded a Doctor of Public Service from Providence College in 2023. His work embodies the principles of Jesus' teachings, and he continues to seek support to complete his Palliative Care Center project.

Monsignor Dr. Alex Bobby Benson is a Catholic Priest in the Diocese of Koforidua, Ghana, renowned for his tireless dedication to caring for individuals living with HIV/AIDS. Born on January 3, 1952, in Larteh Akuapem, Ghana, he studied for the priesthood at St. Peter's Regional Seminary in Cape Coast. With over 20 years of experience in HIV/AIDS care, Monsignor Benson founded Matthew 25 Ministries, an NGO providing support to those affected by the disease.

His ministry began as a chaplain at St. Dominic's Hospital in Akwatia, where he counseled patients rejected by society due to their HIV status. He established "The Family Gathering," a monthly socialization meeting for People Living with HIV (PLHIV), providing a sense of community, counseling, and support.

In Koforidua, Monsignor Benson continued his work, renting a house to accommodate his patients and providing financial assistance for their healthcare, rent, and education. His selflessness has been recognized with several awards, including the MTN Heroes of Change Award and the Exclusive Men of the Year Africa Humanitarian Award.

Monsignor Benson holds a Master's degree in Religious Studies from Providence College, Rhode Island, and has undergone clinical training in Ireland and the USA. He is a member of the Ghana Aids Commission's Ethics, Care & Support Committees and has received a Doctor of Public Service from Providence College.

His latest endeavor is the establishment of a palliative care center, providing dignified care for the terminally ill, accident victims, and the aged. Despite the center's inauguration in 2021, completion is still pending, and support is welcome to make this vision a reality.
